Synapse RF Engines

Synapse provides reliable RF Engines® that support a range of frequencies and bandwidths. These small, low-power, transceiver modules, running from sub-GHz to 2.4GHz, have a range of up to three miles and the lowest power consumption in the industry. The RF Engines come loaded with the SNAP® network operating system. Typical applications include a wireless serial port , sensor monitoring, actuator control, or an intelligent embedded controller - the possibilities are limitless.

All RF Engines include:

  • 19 general purpose I/O ports
  • UART ports for control or transparent data
  • FCC certified
  • Socket-able or solder-able
  • SNAP, instant-on, self-healing, mesh network operating system
